The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the shift in the absence of the Facility Manager or Assistant Manager by providing prompt, efficient, effective, safe and courteous quality service to the customer. These objectives are obtained through quality customer service, merchandise handling, cleaning & maintenance, safety and security, and other general duties as assigned. This is an hourly non-exempt (full or part-time) position reporting directly to the Facility Manager.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience. Previous customer service experience desired; basic computer skills required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
